This EULA is between you and Roamie, not Apple. By downloading or using Roamie, you agree to this EULA.
1. License
Roamie grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on iOS devices you own.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer the app
- Copy or modify the app
- Use the app for illegal activity
3. Apple Terms
Apple is not responsible for support, product liability, legal compliance, or claims of infringement. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA.
4. Support
Support is provided by Roamie: support@roamie.gg
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this agreement.
6. Warranty and Liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties. Roamie is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
